Our stated goal is to help our healthcare providers strengthen and maintain a robust financial status for the purpose of delivering the best possible healthcare at a more affordable cost to their communities. Managed Care Contracting
We are the master contract holder with over 20 national and regional managed care organizations and insurance companies. Our Member simply selects which contract/s to participate in then provides services to patients sponsored by the insurance and managed care companies. We use the federally mandated Messenger Model in our contractual dealings with managed care organizations and insurance companies. This allows physicians to participate in rates that are often only offered by the largest healthcare systems.
We routinely monitor, revise, and actively manage these contracts on behalf of our Members in an effort to make certain we are always providing the best possible terms and conditions.
Credentialing
We appreciate that our Members have significant administrative burdens without the added challenge of credentialing or recredentialling. One of our major goals is to protect and promote the financial stability of our Members. Credentialing left undone or done incorrectly, a practice's cash flow could be adversely impacted. Allow us to reduce your administrative burden and handle your physician's credentialing.
